Our large indoor heated pool is at the center of our wellness center and is perfect for therapy and aerobics. The center also features low-impact exercise equipment for a wide spectrum of abilities as well as a spacious class studio for group classes. Renew yourself in our spa and therapy rooms with a massage or other specialty care. Catch up with friends in inviting spaces such as our library or share a meal in our Bistro designed with relaxing and socializing in mind.

Higher intensity class incorporating cardiovascular exercises with strength and flexibility. (Level 1-2)
A traditional water aerobics class focused on cardiovascular and strengthening. (Level 2-3)
An energetic, standing class where cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility come together. (Level 2-3)
By moving the joints through a pain-free range of motion, participants can increase flexibility and strength. (Level 2-3)
