The tradition of Sunday afternoon concerts at the Heritage at Lowman was established in 2003 by John Kenneth Adams, a well-known pianist and Distinguished Professor Emeritus of the University of South Carolina School of Music. Thanks to his vision, leadership and the standard of excellence he established, residents of the Heritage at Lowman and members of the surrounding community have enjoyed outstanding musical programs.
After a century of service, the Heritage at Lowman, part of Lutheran Homes of South Carolina, continues to evolve and set high standards for full service retirement living. Our programs support successful aging and inspire total wellness of the body, mind and soul. The Sundays at Lowman Concert Series is just one example of the many exciting programs we offer.
All of the concerts will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday afternoons in the New Life Chapel located in the Wellness Center on the Heritage at Lowman campus and will be followed by a reception in the adjacent Hoefler Gallery.
