Tapestry Tour

Join us for a Tapestry Tour
The Heritage at Lowman’s exquisite collection of needlepoint tapestries are on display to the public. There are over 60 tapestries in the collection, each one depicting an event in the life of Christ as told in the Gospels or other religious themes. The tapestries were designed and made by the late Reverend Dr. Richard Carl Hoefler (1922-1999), a distinguished Professor of Worship and Preaching at the Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary, author and design consultant. You can register for a tour by emailing outreach@theheritageatlowman.org or calling 803.451.7414.
