Independent Living
Those seeking an active lifestyle community may choose from a variety of independent living apartments or garden homes. 

Active Lifestyle Garden Homes offer single family homes and duplexes in a lovely neighborhood setting.  Residents may choose from one to three bedrooms and enjoy a variety of amenities and services.   

The Boliek Apartments offer residents a choice of efficiency, one and two bedroom apartments with easy access to the campus Daily Life Center and other amenities designed to create a carefree but active lifestyle.  The Daily Life center serves as the "hub" of residential life at the Heritage at Lowman.  The 34,000 square foot facility is the center for dining, arts & crafts, exercise classes, continuing education and special events.  

Assisted Living
The Heritage at Lowman offers 84 assisted living private and semi-private suites, in our Haltiwanger and Taylor residences.

The Heritage’s goal is to empower our assisted living residents to function at the maximum level of independence possible. Accordingly, our assisted living residents enjoy the same programs and services offered to the independent residents in the Boliek apartments, augmented by three meals per day with refreshments, round-the-clock staffing for personal care, daily living and medication assistance with the availability of licensed nursing personnel, laundry and linen service, and scheduling and transportation for medical appointments. Residents are encouraged to personalize their living space. Basic room furnishings are provided upon request.

Assisted Living Memory Care
The Heritage at Lowman offers a specialized assisted living program for persons with Alzheimer’s and related dementias. The Bethany building is intentionally designed as two separate residences, each accommodates 24 residents in a family living setting. Residents are encouraged to personalize their own private or shared bedrooms. Comfortable living rooms and sitting areas offer plenty of places to socialize and relax. Common area design elements incorporate functional wall art, soothing colors and minimum noise. A shared enclosed courtyard offers connections with nature via accessible walking paths. Exit doors are coded to provide monitoring for wandering residents.

Memory Support residents enjoy the same programs and services offered to assisted living residents with the addition of staff who participate in ongoing education programs about memory loss illnesses and the latest research findings to develop innovative care practices. Specialized BeWell programming is designed specifically to support residents by maintaining lifetime skills and their highest level of cognitive functioning.

The Heritage at Lowman Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center
The Heritage at Lowman’s Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center offers Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in 169 private and semi-private suites. Common areas include interior accessible courtyard gardens, dining, activity and therapy rooms. A physiatrist, specializing in rehabilitation medicine and a geriatrician specializing in the care of older adults, serve as medical directors to oversee the individual care and treatment for older adults with a broad range of short-term recovery and long-term care needs. Our interdisciplinary team approach integrates nursing, nutritional care, social services, physical, occupational and speech therapy along with BeWell wellness and life enrichment to achieve goals for independence and recovery.

Religious services for the residents will be enhanced with the completion of the Living Word Chapel. In addition to services available to assisted living residents, Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center daily rates include 24-hour nursing care and supervision by licensed and certified nursing staff, social service and dietician support, and in-house access to select medical and health services. Rehabilitation therapists are available to treat the Heritage residents in their residences across campus.

Short Term Stay Program
Lowman's Assisted Living, Memory Support and Nursing Centers offer a full complement of accommodations, 24-hour care, meals and amenities on a short-term basis.  The Short Term Stay Program benefits caregivers who need a temporary break or want to take a vacation and individuals who need to recuperate after illness or hospitalization. Participating in the Short Term Stay Program also offers guests a chance to experience living in our community before making a commitment to move to Lowman.
